They would be stupid to fire him right away. It would be obvious sexual harassment. A virtually guaranteed lawsuit.
But he does have to keep his nose perfectly clean now, because they will be watching him and building a file so they can fire him for cause in a few months.
At a minimum, he should immediately stop surfing on the internet from work. And keep his smoke breaks short.
