I still don't understand what it's for exactly, but rather than putting the jar in the refrigerator and going to bed, etc. which results in you not drinking it at all, may I suggest my realistic approach: cut the water to 8 oz. and the powders to 1/4 tsp--and then just chug it. At least I'm getting some of it, and getting it over with. Very important is that any program be based on something you are actually going to do.
