If you have random people out there who regularly follow your blog, they could have posted a link to something on their facebook page without ever knowing you personally. Are you running Google Analytics? Sometimes you can see the real user's link it came from, not just
/home.php or whatever. I get a decent amount of facebook traffic from two Mormons in Utah, of all things.
