I've been living under a work-induced rock the last two weeks -- we're expecting the JCAHO reviewers next week so everythings kinda crazy. I haven't seen any coverage on the sniper trial ... if I get the time I'll have to take a peek at VA law regarding criminal responsibility, etc. Heck, if this all gets REALLY good I might even rejoin the law and psychiatry mailing lists I used to participate in.
