If you total your car you will never get the amount of cash you need to replace it.

If the other guy was cited then you should have no problem getting the repairs. Getting your tires replaced as they were might be another problem.

Did you have a claims adjuster look at your car?

Once I was hit side on and the person was cited. I was a little hurt and the insurance covered everything. Then they sued the other company for the charges. I got blue book value for my audi. It was not enough to replace it though.

I had new tires a $400 dollar set which may seem cheap but it was a lot of money to me and the price of those were not assessed with the rest of the car. If I had a guy I would have pulled those suckers off and taken them home.

That intersection has a light on it now. I obviously wasn't the only one.

About Attorneys. Don't get one. I did and the assistant to the attorney did all the work and the obese slob( suspenders and greasy flip over with hanging baggage below the knees) who I never met face to face got a whopping chunk of settlement money, which was coming from the insurance company anyway. Afterward I realized I didn't NEED the attorney because the insurance companies have their own. The other person was in the wrong and so I got screwed twice.
