I played the "switch brands" game this time.
Went from full-flavor cowboy killers to lights to ultra lights to get myself accustomed to the lower nic dose. Then I just have to give the things up. I know it sounds like a cop out and it may well be, but it worked for a gf and I'm trying it her way.
