I have previously heard hints of Citibank being the world's suckiest of all banks, from ex workers who curse its name.

These lame attempts at molding the culture are going to bite these companies squarely on the ass. Mark my words.
Citibank was also the dipshit bank that decided to no longer allow credit charges by CDNN sports because they sold guns. They said they would no longer allow credit card charges because the sales were not face to face. This despite the fact that all sales had to go from a federally licensed distributor to a class 01 licensed federal firearms dealer and all paperwork was completed to comply with the more than 20,000 federal firearms laws on the books. Apparently they don't need the business from small business because your tax dollars will provide the money they needed for their bailout and to keep them in the business of fucking the little guy.

Wells Fargo Bank is right up there with them at the top of the "your business means nothing to me club."
