Actually though, a quick rinse with a 3% solution of hydrogen peroxide might not be has hard on teeth as a using the strips repeatedly. I noticed my teeth getting more sensitive when I used the strips and I dont when I just rinse. I like that the rinsing is a good way to kill the bacteria that causes decay and gingivitis.
