Size or inches... inches do not change. Size is a matter of where you live I am finding...lol
My waist is 32 inches. Not as bad as I imagined... I am sure because my hips make up for it!!! 39-32-41.. at first this depressed me, but really... not bad for a 40 year old with 4 kids, and a liking of too much good food and good wine.
