The Philadelphia museum of art allows photography, including flash - but the Mutter museum does not (they sell photos).

Filming and photography are not permitted inside the Mütter Museum. Exceptions are granted to press, scholars, filmmakers, and other professionals on a case-by-case basis. Images of and from the collection are available for a fee by contacting Imaging Services.
