Mix eight shovelfuls of half-digested lard with 10 female sanitary products, four used nappies, two used condoms, and one used syringe in a large bowl. Sprinkle liberally with rodent droppings and hair, then spray with urine.
Serve luke-warm in long bowls made from ceramic drain pipes.
