am doing something I enjoy like photography or taking care of our plants and flowers. The simplest things can make you happy.
Earlier this spring/summer I got a bamboo starter from my BIL (wife's sister's husband). It came in a plastic cat litter container. I transplanted it into a big tub I bought at the hardware store...the kind with two rope handles. Yesterday when I was looking at it, I saw two new chutes coming up away from the original trunk. It made me so happy that I couldn't wait to show my wife.
