$350?!?!?!  jail?!?!? screw that! man, that's WHACK!! my place in centralish texas is on the guadelupe river but we don't have to worry about glass or anything. i think though, maybe someone can shed some light on this (hint, hint NBN) that upstream in New Braunsfels there is a pretty stiff fine for glass on the river. i never go up there b/c it's just safer to wander around my place and get beered up and shoot stuff. besides that i'm usually pretty worn out from working on misc. stuff (ie. the grater/tractor/jeep/fallen trees it's a neverending list) to drive the 30 mins or so to party it up. one day though.......
