Hot P - this is my first time here and have to say I agree with your letter and I think you did a PERFECT explanation and detail of what took place that evening.
The sad thing about today's society is that we have forgotten what Customer Service is all about. I think that you handled the situation a LOT better than MR. TAYLOR did. I would have loved to have been a fly on the wall to this situation.... this would have been better to see than the movie itself!
