Can you carve, Wolf?
Someone should have saved our leg of lamb from Mum's hacking.
If I took a picture of the chunnks of meat we were offered to choose from they'd make your eyes water.
Oh wait - is carving a known skill in America?
Not a snide comment, a genuine question, because you cook your meat until it can be eaten with a fork, right?
Then again you have sandwich meats...
I'm all confused now.
