That's what Sarge says too. He did some rooting about on the internet and believes Pam is really Vernell (which sounds gorgeous in Sarge's accent).
He (Sarge) called twice, and twice spoke to someone called Jay, who is Pammy's flatmate - apparently.
Anyway, whatever it is, it's gone now.
