I had a roommate in college that had better returns. His schtick was;

Have you ever been to Alaska by MTA?
Wanna fuck?
His success rate was about 10%, which was about the same % as the ones who slapped him. The other 80% had reactions from laughter to disgust.
I was envious of his ability to pull that off, but knew I couldn't, and it was wiser for me to just pull me off.
