WEEK 1 DAY 6
Did 20 mins of jogging and Kenpo. I am officially tired.

I'm all ready for rest tomorrow. Depending on how I feel tomorrow morning, I may jog or simply just do some yoga to warm up and stretch.

Doing what wrong? Drinking? You're absolutely right! I found an opened wine bottle in the fridge; there was about a glass and half left in it. I decided to finish it off to throw the bottle out. It was not good. Next time, I'd need to finish the bottle off in one sitting so it won't go bad.
