WEEK 1 DAY 7
Got lazy and pressed snooze so I woke up a bit later. Initially I didn't care to but decided to go for a jog. After 10 mins, my calves were hurting so I got lazy. I said to myself it's my rest day so I stopped.

As soon as I came in to do my P90X stretch, I regretted it. Wish I had worked my heart and body more. Stretching was good though. Anyone who's doing P90X for the first time, I highly recommend doing the P90X stretch rather than just resting on the 7th day of that week.
