WEEK 5 DAY 3
Woke up late, early sermon to go to, so I didn't have a chance to exercise. Later in the evening, was talking to a friend, and I was whining about how discouraging it is that I'm not losing anything despite how hard I work. To keep a long story short, she got worked up about exercising, invited me to workout with her. What has I got to lose? It was my shoulder and arm and ab ripper day that I missed, and my friend put in a dvd that worked our shoulders, back, and abs. Perfect! And by working out with her, I found out I could life heavier weights. I've been too indulgent.

Anyways, gonna take a shower and hit the bed. Really have to wake up early to work out everything I want cuz my sis's getting on my case about doing too much and getting tired so I would need naps. Whateva! She got on my case after two days. I haven't been napping since.
