WEEK 9 DAY 6
I did kenpo today. I never got the chance to do ab ripper last night, so I thought I'd do it with kenpo today because the routine is less an hour. Unfortunately, I was moving really, really slow this morning. I didn't even have time to finish all of the kenpo routine. Ugh! Luckily, I was able to do ab ripper this afternoon.

I don't know why but I was feeling really fat today, all flabby and stuff.
