[Sundae]

Been waiting for a book for two weeks now.
Okay it was 99p.
Okay I chose free shipping.
But I'm sure it should have been here by now!!

No post on Sunday and yesterday was a Bank Holiday (no post) so I was sure it must arrive today.
Nope.

It's like waiting for a toy from a ceral packet to arrive...
Except I'd generally lost interest in them by the time they turned up, and I will still devour this book.

It's just SO LONG COMING!!!

If I had more belief in myself as the centre of the universe, I'd think it was taking so long because I spent every day wishing for it.
But I'm too old for such nonsense, and know it will get here some time after it was posted, wishing or not.

Fingers crossed it's tomorrow!
