A problem employee just resigned this morning. It's a bit of a scramble getting her all checked out before she leaves. Tying up loose ends, getting someone to cover for her, take over her work, etc.

But it's a pretty good thing that she quit, because she wasn't working out, and I bet we would end up firing her 3 months from now.

I have mixed feeling about that. Plus I'm sorry that it didn't work out with her. She was fairly new, and we had hopes she would be good.
