Yabbut how, why? I have more muscles, which burn more calories than fat does. I'm eating fewer calories than I'm using on a daily basis and enjoying what I eat so don't intend to change anything there. How, how does the thing even out in the end?
(Oh, and Stormie, I know. I'm extremely lucky that this is all enjoyable!)
