Clason noted the specific voltage/amperage output of the alternator and that they tightened the cables. The supervisor at Sears made a copy of the receipt/work order we had from Clason. We got a refund without having to press the point that our cables were tight when the car was jumped this morning before going to Sears. That's what we wanted.

The supervisor did tell us that there would be follow-up with the tech.
