yes. anyone who is dangerous to society (see list below). they may pass their bad habits to their kids
-drug users
-alcohol abusers
-criminals
-extremely selfish folks
I really don't believe these people should even live, let alone have kids. But then, it works out nicely because the world is more diverse with their existence.
