My Fitness Pal to help you track what you eat. People who log their food lose twice as much as those who don't. In MFP, you can choose to track nutrients such as salt, sugar, fiber, cholesterol, etc. Whatever floats your boat.
I am much more of a salt person than sweets. Give me olives, salted nuts, cheese, pickles, etc. And just watch me bloat up like a damn blimp!!
