1) "I found out the Mercedes was borrowed" ain't date rape.

2) Nor is "I thought it was a good idea at the time, but I regretted it in the morning."

3) Nor is "I consented, but I was too drunk to legally consent" -- when he was just as toasted.

4) And "He didn't pay me as agreed" ain't rape of any sort either, though it is pretty damn scuzzy.
