Ignoring him would be the absolute worst thing we could do. This is my opinion. I believe that he is asking for help (correct me if I am wrong about this). The problem is that he doesn't like the help he's getting, so he ignores it, or attacks in retaliation, retreating to an "easy" position, i.e. black-and-white characterizations (which are wildly irrelevant to learning anything about the actual situation). This is the person which you tell, "I'm sorry, I love you, but you have to leave." This IS the help. Ignoring is not the same thing.

There is no mob, soapbox, groupthink, or pitchfork invloved in this.
