Our tradition Christmas Eve is to have a huge pot of fish chowder. I have an awesome recipe and it calls for like 12 jars of clam juice for the broth (and a pint of heavy cream). So in the fall, I start looking at the price of clam juice, and when it goes on sale, I stock up for Christmas. That picture was taken in December. We have no clam juice now.
