Sure, the first three paragraphs are spot on, that's why it's a good reminder.
The fourth paragraph lays out a plan that sounds like utopia, but is unworkable. 600 million sounds like a mighty force, but there are what, 7 Billion people in the world, and a lot of them are nogoodniks.
