Wow, Pico. That's the exact book that turned my life around (along with some help from a counselor). But the book made the difference. It takes practice, like anything worthwhile, but you
can learn to change your inner dialogue.
There was someone here recently who said they were depressed and didn't know why. I meant to post this book as a recommendation, but forgot.
I am not exaggerating when I say that this book changed my life.
