Did they test for glandular fever? That's been pretty rampant around here and your symptoms seem pretty similar.
Don't stress about what you don't know about yet Sam. It could just be an every day viral or bacterial infection and one that's very easy to cure. Just go through the steps until you have a reasonable diagnosis. I'm sure you're going to be fine.
It could be lupus!
