I can see your point , BUT the owner of the place was the one to suggest eating the money .
We went in to the dealership knowing what we wanted , the sales dude tryed to push ALL kinds of options off on us , no we don't want the electric windows , they die and are expencive to fix , no we don't want the leather seats ( ever sat on a HOT leather seat in the summer in shorts
) , no we don't want the $3000+ fancy paint job with the fake wood trim , blue will do quite nicely . We DO want a sturdey luggage rack on top though . Dip shit just put those cheesy little plastic strips on the roof , and charged us $200 extra , they blew off after 2 months .
I say again if all these folks had treated us with ANY dignaty we would have worked with them gladly , hell we were going to pay them the $500 any way ( just sweating them for being such dick heads ) until the owner called and suggested eating the money . we just said sure . Now we didn't SLAM them on the survey , just didn't lie and give them golden stars where they didn't earn them .
I know you are going to have some else to say on this , but let me just say this is an issue that both of us are going to have to agree to disagree on.
