If I'm eating salads for lunch (banana or string cheese for breakslow) then I think I'm probably following that philosophy a bit anyway. I may have a decent dinner some nights. I may not. Dinner may be beer. The trick being cut here, cut there. Give up here, take there.
I mean, if I were eating chocolate cake with sausage flowers and lard handles along WITH the lowfat cottage cheese, I don't expect it would help much either.
Tonight I'm leaning towards Buffalo Chicken Chunks. And beer.
