Last weekend I made my own dough for pizza. I use Unico spicy pizza sauce, add freshly sliced cremini mushrooms, diced cherry tomatoes, a little green pepper, lots of oregano and pepper topped with a sharp local cheddar and tiny blobs of Danish Blue. Just before popping it into the oven we mince about 12 green olives (ooo the salt. Bake 15 mind at 350, then 5 on broil.
