Last weekend I made my own dough for pizza. I use Unico spicy pizza sauce, add freshly sliced cremini mushrooms, diced cherry tomatoes, a little green pepper, lots of oregano and pepper topped with a sharp local cheddar and tiny blobs of Danish Blue.
