Mum thought she was bleeding from the bowel a while back. This involves black tarry stools and/ or coffee like granules.
Turns out she had pigged a whole box of Bertie Bassett's Liquorice Allsorts. They don't agree with one of the medications she is on and caused stomach ache (and intense fright.)
Funny in hindsight though.
