Poor Ibby. She should have contacted me. I do quite a bit of counselling on IRC.
I just got finished with over an hour with Verizon tech support wherein they mostly told me they don't support linux. I had to wist their arm and use various Jedi mind tricks to get them to tell me what I needed to know.
But since I appear to have access to the internet again, it's all good.
I'll try to spend more time here.
