There must be a way to mount them so that isn't as pronounced. My brother and his racing buddies all use them. Although half the time they're filming the inside of the car to learn where they fucked up after a wipeout, but I've seen a bunch of outside the car, from them, and on TV shows like Chasing Classic Cars.
