I first heard the term 'fluffer' in 2012, while working at the Occ Med clinic here in smallville. I had no idea what it meant, to the delight and hilarity of the entire staff. The permed, rinsed, beauty parlored 60-year-old at the front desk who otherwise pretended to be motherly, filled me in.
Never assume anything, except that I am an innocent in the ways of the pr0n world.
