I work at a videogame company. (And that tank top's not skimpy! Look how wide those straps are!) I'm one of the better-dressed here on many occasions, I've never heard of any kind of dress code being mentioned, let alone enforced. I walked around barefoot for an entire day once--my shoes had gotten wet--and no one said anything. They do send out a company-wide email whenever an outside-the-studio executive is coming in, 'clean up your workstations, look busy, etc. etc.' but in general it's a very laid-back place.
