No no no. Maryland sucks all west of Carroll County, but the zenith of suckage must be Garrett County. I swear, if this county doesn't have the ugliest people in the world then I'd hate to see who does. Everyone must be related. It just amazes me. I think the best describing phrase would be "Hill People". WOW. If you think Carroll is bad, you have NEVER seen the real Garrett County - Deep Creek doesn't count. Go to Oakland and drive around, watch some people. Go into some department stores and talk to them. Again, WOW. Amazing. Simply amazing. Makes Carroll look like the high-tech capitol of the world.
