In the early '70s, I owned and wore a lime green, double-knit leisure suit, with a red dress shirt, dark purple shoes with about a 3-inch heel, and a cane. To church. And no, I'm White, and had actually - though it seems incredible, I know - stopped doing drugs at that point in my life.
I just wish I still had that suit - I could wear it down to the ballpark when they have 'Back to the '70s' night. Add a few chains and a big-hair wig, and they'd probably let me throw out the first pitch.
