Now this is a brilliant and truly sneaky way for Jeb to launch a drone attack on The Donald.
First Jeb tries to shift the blame the use of the words onto the Democrats.
But the whole concept is GOP-speak for poisoning discussion about immigration.
But even sneakier is the implied threat to Trump, who might be considered to be one, himself.
