Sorry this is all so belated.
I took my laptop to London, but of course I couldn't get the free WiFi connection. I swear hotels just put it on their websites to sucker you in!

Ant & Dec dropped by to wish us a Merry Christmas
Dad loved his comedy Father Christmas/ Elton John glasses
And Mum LOVED her hand-knitted hat from Limey.
She told me she's been wearing it since she got home.

Her hair started to fall out on Boxing Day. By the time she got home, she was leaving a trail of hair everywhere. She had it shaved today, all the better for her wig to fit (and not to eat hair every time she leaned over a meal)
