I found two more in Philadelphia:
--the right hand lane of NB I-95 near the Girard Ave. exit
--the right hand lane of WB I-676 just past the Ben Franklin Pkwy. exit
How the FUCK did they get these onto two of the busiest highways in the area? These highways are busy 24-7!
