I think its the picture. Rum does have an interesting way of holding his hands when he talks though.
That must be a fairly common birth defect. A lot of guys our age seem to have it. What was that drug they were giving Moms back then? I think German measles was linked as well.
Chosin Reservoir or a birth defect, that is a choice for another thread.
