One thing that has worked wonders for my anxiety and IBS is massage therapy every 2 to 3 weeks.
Thought about acupuncture, but haven't got around to it yet.
Your man needs to put the remote down for 60 seconds to give you the attention you deserve in your time of need. There's the pot calling the kettle black - my wife would smack me hard if she saw me typing this. ops:
