the book.
The book weighs more than most toddlers. I borrowed it from the library and was only a small percentage through when I had to return it. It's a major tome of cooking knowledge. It's not a cookbook (mostly). It's a cooking instruction manual.
The book was recommended to me after I posted Kenji's
Fried Rice instructions on our Slack channel.
