I have a sneaking suspicion this might be when I suggested that the reason the opposing team had a bajillion 8&under girls in the 25 free individual and yet no relays is that none of them could actually swim yet.
(turned out I was right ...which is fine, we are a beginner league, it's kind of the point, but apparently one isn't supposed to be quite so blunt about it
